Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding is a service designed for the convenience of customers in case you leave your phone at home and in case your phone’s battery has discharged or your phone’s been lost or stolen. If any of this has ever happened to you, you can have all your calls redirected to another telephone number by calling the BITĖ Customer Service Department number, and none of them will be missed.
Why is it interesting?
You won’t miss a single incoming call, even if:
- your phone’s battery has discharged;
- you’ve left your phone at home or in your office;
- your phone has been lost or stolen.
Even without access to your regular telephone number, you can still keep in touch and save time.
How much does it cost?
- No service activation fee.
- Call forwarding in the Bite network is free of charge for Bite customers.
Who can use it?
This service can be used by all BITĖ business and private postpaid customers.
How to get started?
You can activate the service by:
- calling our free customer care number 1601 (for Bite customers only) or 80001601 (for customers of other operators) and specifying the telephone number the calls should be redirected to.
You can deactivate the service by:
- calling the Customer Service Department;
- deactivating the Call Forwarding function in your phone’s menu once you regain access to your phone.
Additional information
- Calls may only be forwarded to one telephone number.
- Calls may only be forwarded to network subscriber numbers within the same country.
- When ordering Call Forwarding between numbers belonging to the Family or Colleagues group, the special tariffs of these services are no longer applied.
- When ordering Call Forwarding, you’ll be unable to use Call Register and other redirection-based services.
