You can keep your existing phone number
When you change from your current operator, the number will be ported to Bite free of charge. All you have to do is simply visit any Bite outlet and make sure to bring a personal identification document along. In the outlet you will need to sign an application form. You will receive your new Bite SIM card on the spot and we will take care of the rest. 5 days later we will send you a friendly reminder SMS message to insert your SIM card. Once activated you are a Bite customer.

You can continue to use your subsidized phone
If you have a subsidized phone from your current operator, you will be able to use it in the Bite network. When you settle all accounts with your previous operator, it will be easy to unlock the handset. You can receive advice on how to do it in any Bite outlet or by calling 80001601.
Myths and facts
Myth: You can’t keep your current phone number if you decide to switch to Bite.
Fact: You can keep your current phone number when you switch to Bite. Within 5 working days we will complete number portability process at no charge.
Myth: You can’t use your handset when you join Bite.
Fact: When joining Bite you can either get a new handset or use your current one. If your previous operator has locked your handset, please contact us and we will offer you possible solution.
Myth: If you have an agreement with another operator and a subsidized handset, you can’t switch to Bite.
Fact: You definitely can switch to Bite. You just have to fulfil your obligations with your previous operator. Visit us and we will recommend you a solution that will pay for itself and will let you save.
Myth: After the expiration of agreement the prices will go up.
Fact: At Bite even after the expiration of agreement the prices remain the same as on the date of agreement conclusion. Moreover, you have a chance to change your rate plan at Bite once per month at no charge.
Myth: Bite has poor coverage.
Fact: That’s a delusion formed a couple of years ago. During this time we have developed our network at a record speed.
