You can become a Bite customer keeping your existing phone number!
Mobilenumber portability serviceenables the customer to switch to another operator keeping his or her phone number at the same time.
Number portability service between mobile and fixed-line operators is not available yet.
It is simply very convenient. If you want to change your operator, you don’t have to change your number! Your number does not change, so you do not have any problems. Besides, this service is free of charge.
Who can use it?
All LMT, Tele2 and Triatel customers with a subscription contract or a prepaid card have a possibility to come to Bite with their numbers.
How to switch to Bite network?
It is very simple as Bite will take care about everything instead of you.
Call 80001601 and in a couple of days we will bring you your contract or the SIM card. Or come to anyoutlet , where you can apply for the number portability service. You need to bring along:
- ID document (passport or driver’s licence).
If you live far from your nearest Bite outlet, you can use the free Direct Delivery service, you just need to call our Customer Support Team at 80001601 and we will deliver the contract anywhere and anytime you want.
After signing the contract and application you will receive your SIM card with a phone or without it depending on the contract terms and conditions; however, the SIM card will be activated only on the 5th working day after signing the documents. To activate the services you just need to make the first call or send an SMS message.
Bite will contact your current operator and it will approve or reject the application on porting the number within strict terms. You don’t need to do anything – Bite will take care about all legal operations with your current operator.
