1. Of course, Bite has a tariff plan for your needs.
We treat things in a simple way. Firstly, prepaid and postpaid rates are the same. Not to confuse you. And whichever you choose – Bite Card or Bite Connection, you can choose one of the 3 simple and well thought-out tariff plans. What does “well thought-out” mean? Our tariff plans have not appeared out of the blue, but have grown from real and careful research of habits of real people.
2. Still not enough for you? You can upgrade any plan with additional services.
If the minutes, SMS or MB included in your tariff plan are not enough for you, you always can add to the plan exactly what you miss. We call them additional services – a long word, but very useful. You can combine any tariff plan with any additional service. Like a pizza – top up exactly with what you like.
3. Of course, we have a wide range of different handsets, which you can pay off gradually.
Bite has lots of handsets to choose from, and there will always be an offer suitable for you. And it doesn’t matter, if you are a Bite Card or a Bite Subscription customer. We have the same rules for everyone:
- you can pay off the handset in 12 or 24 months,
- you don’t have to wait those 12 or 24 months specified in the contract. You can pay off the amount also earlier, if you want that,
- if you are a Bite Card user, you will receive an SMS reminder each time the bill for a handset is generated.
