How to use your BlackBerry

To be able to fully use all its possibilities, we have a special BlackBerry additional service Bite BlackBerry 5 with monthly fee Ls 5, that can be used with Bite Subscription as well as Bite Card for prepaid. Browsing the internet an using the e-mail with it is unlimited in Latvia! 

 

How to connect?

  • If you use prepaid Bite Card, than send sms with text BB to 1600 and for a whol month use internet in your BlackBerry for Ls 5.
  • If you use Bite Connection, ask any consultant in any Bite outlet or call 1601.
  • If you choose the add-option at the middle of the month, you will have to pay just half, and you will be able to use just half of the total volume of the service. Starting from next month, you will be able to use full service and pay full price.
  • All prices are specified with VAT 22%.

 

Information for Bite Card users!

  • If you are using any of the services, you can forget about the account validity periods. Account validity periods are in force only for those who have chosen the Start rates and do not use any of the additional services.
  • If your balance is insufficient to prolong the ordered service, it will not be prolonged for the next period.
  • If you use the Bite Card, make sure there is enough money on your account; otherwise, the service provision will be stopped. If you did not have enough money on your account, reload, as soon as you can and activate BlackBerry service again, by sending SMS with text BB to 1600.

 

What do you need to know about the balance:

  • If you have a Bite Card, do not worry about any balance validity terms. Two days before prolongation of the services we will send you an SMS message reminding you to reload your card so that you can continue using your chosen services.
  • If you have activated several services and there is no money for prolonging all of them on your account, we have a simple rule for such cases: firstly we prolong the voice services (tariff plans, additional service Best Friends), afterwards the SMS additional service is prolonged, and after that – internet additional service.

 

 

What do you need to know if you want to disconnect something:

  • If you want to disable an additional service, it will be applied as of the 1st date of the next month. Until then continue using the chosen services in full amount .
  • If you decide that you do not want to use your additional services anymore, text STOP INTERNETS (for the internet additional service), STOP SMS (SMS additional service) or STOP DRAUGI (Best Friends additional service) to 1600 to disconnect them. The SMS messages are the same for Bite Card and for Bite Subscription.
