Network problems

We truly apologise to the customers, who had problems with our network from 2 am to 7 am on September 11th.

We experienced several service interruption while doing technical maintenance works on our networks and our team was working the whole night to minimize the effect and solve problems quickly.

1. You can keep your existing phone number When you change your operator, the number will be ported to Bite free of charge. All you have to do is simply visit any Bite outlet, bring a personal identification document along and sign an application. You will receive your new Bite SIM card on the spot and we will take care of the rest. 5 days later we will send you a friendly SMS message reminding you to insert your new activated Bite SIM card. When done, you are a Bite customer. 2. You can continue to use your subsidized phone If you have bought a subsidized handset you can use it in Bite network as well. You’ll be able to use your handset as soon as you settle all accounts with your previous operator.

Manager of Bite Direct Delivery will contact you within two working days and, if necesary, will help you to choose rate plan and additional services that will suit you best. You do not have to worry about the rest: it does not matter where in Latvia you are, we will deliver you the contract and SIM card free of charge within two working days latest.
