To send and receive MMS messages, you and your friend’s phone need to have an MMS function set up. To receive the settings, text START to 1600. Then save the received settings and restart your phone. If it doesn’t work, just call 1601 and our consultant will help you.
Please remember that it is possible to send an MMS message only in Bite network.
To protect you from a situation that in the border area your phone automatically switches to a foreign network meaning you have to pay more for your calls and SMS messages, we will send you an SMS notification with a suggestion to choose your network manually.We will send you one SMS, but if you remain close to the border you will receive a repeated notification after two weeks.
This service is automatically available to all Bite Suibscription and Bite Card customers, who have activated roaming services, except the customers of Bite Vodafone Mobile Connect mobile internet and telemetry services.
This service is provided free of charge.
To connect the service, text ROBEZAto 1600 free of charge.
To disconnect the service, text STOP ROBEZA to 1600 free of charge.
When your Bite Card account is empty, it can be reloaded also from another Bite account.
It is ensured by the Mobile transfer service, and it is very simple and convenient: in case of a zero balance you can ask any Bite Card or Bite Subscription user to reload it.
You can do this straight from your phone and stop racking your brain about reload codes and bank transactions.

How does it work?
Bite private customers can activate the Mobile transfer service by sending an SMS message or at the self-service web site manabite.lv. If you are a business customer, the service can be activated by your account manager.

What else do you need to know about the mobile transfer
- The maximum amount of the mobile transfer is 5 Ls.
- If the transfer is caried out by a Bite Subscription customer, the sum is added to the monthly bill.
- Bite Card users can activate the Mobile transfer service only after the first reload.
- Only Bite numbers (Bite Card or Bite Subscription) can perform the mobile transfer. The service won’t work if you try to transfer the money from a number of another operator.
- Bite Subscription customers can make only one mobile transfer per day, but Bite Card users can receive not more than two mobile transfers per day.
- Bite Card users can use the transferred amount only to pay for Bite services.
- Bite Card account validity term is prolonged only if the amount is received from a Bite Subscription customer and amounts to at least 1 Ls.
We will cancel the mobile transfer sent to an incorrect phone number within 5 minutes after its initiation. If cancelled later, the transferred amount will be lost.
