That’s why, as our costumer, you can manage your costs, so you’ll not get bad surprises at the end of the month or that you have 0 Lats on your Bite Card.

We admit that we are the youngest operator, but, like youngsters, we grow fastest. We built our network just in 5 years and now our services are available to 98% of populations. And we are aiming to achieve more. Since the network upgrade in 2010, which we did together with HUAWEI, the leading technology company, we continue to build new base stations all around Latvia to give our customers better coverage, better call quality and faster internet experience. That’s why we have just 3 tariff plans both for Card and Subscription. Simple, isn’t it? It’s very easy to become Bite business customer!
Fill in form or call business customer team 22550000 and we will prepare a tailored offer for your company.

2.

It’s time to drop your old operator. Breaking up is easy and painless!

1. You can keep your existing phone number When you change your operator, the number will be ported to Bite free of charge. All you have to do is simply visit any Bite outlet, bring a personal identification document along and sign an application. You will receive your new Bite SIM card on the spot and we will take care of the rest. 5 days later we will send you a friendly SMS message reminding you to insert your new activated Bite SIM card. When done, you are a Bite customer. 2. You can continue to use your subsidized phone If you have bought a subsidized handset you can use it in Bite network as well. You’ll be able to use your handset as soon as you settle all accounts with your previous operator.

3.

Become a Bite customer without stepping out of your home!

In order to join Bite you even do not have to step out of your home. Or office. You can become a Bite customer using also our Direct Delivery! It is easy, fast and for free.

All you have to do is call 80001601or fill in and send us the form.

Manager of Bite Direct Delivery will contact you within two working days and, if necesary, will help you to choose rate plan and additional services that will suit you best. You do not have to worry about the rest: it does not matter where in Latvia you are, we will deliver you the contract and SIM card free of charge within two working days latest.
